Making Education a Reality for South Florida Teens

Making Education a Reality for South Florida Teens

In April, the charity Kids’ Dreams, co-founded by Super Lawyers selectee Patricia Lebow, awarded $25K in scholarships to ten Palm Beach County students, all girls. The students come from lower income schools in Palm Beach County where Ledow is a managing partner at Broad and Cassel.

Lebow started the charity with her late husband Alan Lebow to connect “economically disadvantaged children to enriching cultural, athletic and scholastic opportunites.” Over ten years they have awarded more than $600K in scholarships to more than 3,000 children from Title 1 high schools that have been accepted to a college or university in Florida.

Patricia Lebow has been a Super Lawyers selectee for the past eleven years. Her focus is on commercial and real estate litigation, and she recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Daily Business Review.

The board of Kids Dreams also includes Super Lawyers selectees Jacqueline S. Miller of Broad and Cassel and Richard Comiter of Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun, LLP.
