Kenneth Feinberg's new challenge

Kenneth Feinberg of Feinberg Rozen, who was featured in the 2008 edition of Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers, and who previously headed the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund, is back in a similar role as the administrator of BP's $20 billion escrow account for victims of the Gulf oil spill. He's never been afraid to take on complex, and emotional, cases involving victims. It started for him back in the 1980s, when he settled an Agent Orange class action filed by Vietnam vets. "In effect, I helped create a whole new area of practice," he told Super Lawyers.
